Verstappen takes seventh consecutive Pole in Miami GP
Max Verstappen continues his dominant streak, claiming his seventh consecutive pole position in the Miami GP qualifying, with Ferrari and McLaren showing promise as Mercedes struggle.
Max Verstappen secured the top spot on the starting grid for the Miami Grand Prix after an impressive performance in the qualifying session.
The Red Bull driver was followed by the two Ferrari drivers, with Charles Leclerc taking second place and his teammate Carlos Sainz securing the third position.
Verstappen's Red Bull teammate, Sergio Perez, claimed the fourth spot, while the McLaren duo of Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri showcased their potential by finishing fifth and sixth, respectively.
The Mercedes team had a relatively challenging session, with George Russell managing to secure seventh place and his teammate Lewis Hamilton settling for eighth, both drivers completing their final runs on medium compound tyres.
Rounding out the top ten were Haas driver Nico Hulkenberg in ninth and AlphaTauri's Yuki Tsunoda in tenth position.
