However, the situation remains tenuous, with Jos Verstappen, father of Max Verstappen, publicly calling for Horner's dismissal, warning that the team risks "exploding" if he stays.
Red Bull's motorsport consultant Helmut Marko, who was once under the cloud of a possible suspension, has been recently reaffirmed in his role following the conclusion of the team's investigations into anonymous media leaks.

Verstappen has been unwavering in his support for Marko, stating that the consultant's continued involvement is pivotal to his own commitment to Red Bull.
This stance has only fueled speculation about potential departures or arrivals given the precarious nature of Red Bull's leadership.
Toto Wolff's "exciting scenarios" prediction
Assessing the situation, Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff offered his perspective:
"I'm just saying: If Horner stays, there are exciting scenarios,"
Wolff told OE24, when asked about suggestions Verstappen could join Mercedes.
"Ultimately, it's all about the Horner personnel. But as I said, I only read about what happens internally at Red Bull in the media."
Transparency concerns
Wolff was among those calling for greater transparency into Red Bull GmbH's findings, criticizing the lack of details made public. He stated:
"If you don't say something, it only becomes more interesting: that leads to more questions, more stories, and more speculation,"
Wolff also questioned why the decision of a Red Bull employee to lodge a grievance against Horner has not been addressed, describing the team's "information strategy" as "confusing from the outside."
